Internet Wi-Fi connection: Free of charge

Our rates include: VAT and local city tax,  full breakfast, welcome drink, open air swimming pool (from April to October), Turkish bath and solarium in the hotel, free internet wi-fi. All our rooms have a private bathroom with shower, safe, minibar, satellite TV, telephone, hair dryer, air-conditioning, heating and internet connection with adsl.

Booking conditions

Pets: We welcome small pets. Please inform us if you will bring your pet with you when making the reservation. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and in the swimming pool area.

Deposit: We ask for 25% of the full reservation. Minimum deposit required is € 200,00 payable from all major credit cards or by bank transfer.

Garantee of the reservation: All reservations must be guaranteed to a major credit card. In case a credit card is not available, payment of the entire stay must be made in advance.

Cancellations / No-shows:

In low season (From January 3rd  until March 22nd 2013– and from October 27th until December 27th 2013)

Cancellations reported up to 24 hours before expected date of arrival, the Hotel will keep your deposit, which you can use for your next stay.

Cancellations reported less than 24 hours before expected date of arrival or for no-shows the Hotel will charge your credit card with the entire amount of the reservation.

In middle and in high season (From March 23rd until October 26^th 2013 – and from December 28^th 2013 until January 3^th 2014)

Cancellations reported up to 20 days before expected date of arrival, the Hotel will keep your deposit

Cancellations reported from the 19^th to the 7^th day before expected arrival date, the hotel will apply a penalty of 70% of the entire amount of the reservation.

Cancellations reported less than 6 days before expected arrival date and/or in case of no-show, the Hotel will charge your credit card with the entire amount of the reservation.

Anticipated departures: In case of early unexpected departures, the hotel will charge the cost of the full reservation.
