Our Seasonal Menu

Our seasonal Menu together with the „daily menu“, offer all the regional products of our land and of our tradition, balancing old and new flavours while at the same time adding a refined modern touch.


Rainbow trout tartare with green asparagus crudité and caramelized lime zest, sour cream with chives – € 15,00

Petals of “slow-cooked” veal cheeks served with green apple and celery salad with slivers of Tuscan pecorino cheese - € 15,00

Scallops on lemon grass skewers, reduction of Cancenai (an aromatic wine of southern Tirol) and basil -  € 16,00
